I will just search your emails for example “codeshare” for when I want deals on flights and the result will guide me to the relevant video. Thank you so much!

    Thanks for another great video. I always enjoy these great tips. Question about codeshare, though: has anyone had a problem with losing seat assignments for these codeshare flights?
    I booked a much cheaper (than AA) round-trip ticket on British Airways for a flight in April, but one segment of the flight was operated by American Airlines. On the AA segment, although I had reserved my seat far in advance of the flight date, when I tried to check in online, I discovered that they had booted me out of my seat and gave me the only remaining seat on the plane (a middle seat, of course). I called AA with no luck, and I spoke to the AA gate agent about it; she told me that since the flight was booked on the BA website, BA cannot guarantee your AA seat assignment; they only request it. So, even if you have a supposedly confirmed seat with the operating carrier, it is not guaranteed. The BA segment was fine, seat-wise. Not a huge deal, but considering I booked so far out (9 months), I thought I would get the seat assignment that I requested. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Traveling to Kuala Lampur in early 2025. No direct flights from the USA but I found some decent deals on Singapore Air though I want premium class for that 15 hour haul. Any suggestions on getting the best deal? I have loads of points to use off Chase travel. If need be, can i transfer those points to make a booking direct on Singapore Air?

    What we need is…” a lounge goddess!!”. Whoever is first to be giving information about airport lounges around the world will get a lot of attention. Presently only the super rich have it figured out. It is a huge job, but anyone willing to do the legwork will be a superhero.

    SWISS is codesharing with the charter airline Edelweiss which has limited destinations out of Zurich but massively lower prices, plus they fly direct in many cases where SWISS would go through a hub. Look for the LX prefix. Zurich has excellent connections to European cities.

    Please do a video for handicap people who need to use a wheelchair, walker, crutches, or airport wheelchair or the airport taxi cars (whatever they are called). How does a person set this up. Including, getting from your car parking spot into the airport building. I know some airports have shuttle busses, but not all do. I can only walk a few yards due to severe back pain and I can not stand for more that a couple minutes. If I were to ever to fly again, I will need to take my walker with me. I am now afraid to fly, now that I am disabled! This seems like a nightmare having to change gates for a connecting flight.

    Please, no more of the thumbnails with the X arms. We can read what the video is about. I've gotten to where the X arms and the no-no finger wags are easy indicators of videos to pass on.
