I have been to several of these destinations: Mexico, Croatia, Guatemala, and Japan. I concur with those choices as being enjoyable. When I visited Japan [1982, 1987] it was much more expensive.
I have been to a few of the places in your videos , but one of the cheapest places i have found is Vietnam ,
Playa del Carmen!! 🇲🇽🏖
Hitting up those 7-Elevens in Japan like a local – who knew convenience stores could be so lit! 😂🍘
As a Canadian travel is more hard and expensive with our bad dollar right now.
As a Canadian travel is more hard and expensive with our bad dollar right now. Airfare is very bad also
Hey I know a local guide in upstate NY that will bring you to a snow cave, mountain hikes to pick ramps, art museums, a outdoor market and special spots to eat outside in the hills. Impressive scenes from your travels, the mountains, cities, hot springs, dancing, just idyllic! Thank you for sharing.
No timestamps?
Mexico, Croatia/montnegero, Guatemala,Tokyo, Columbia
Croatia’s cost of living has gone through the roof since they changed their currency to the euro
I agree with you on Japan. I went in September and it was definitely affordable. The travel from Baltimore to Japan is taxing but worth it.
Love the videos!
Um in Central America best bang for your buck is Nicaragua..
Agree with Japan, the only area that can be pricey is the flight but depending where you look and time of year you’re going you can find great deals.
The exchange rate is great for the $1 and hotels are affordable especially considering you’re only there to sleep and shower lol.
Shah-boy-you crossing?
Otherwise interesting video thanks for uploading.
Srilanka also one of wonderful destination
Where's the dino hotel in Japan?
It would be great if you put the names of the cities that you're talking about on the screen or in your comments.
Just got back from Mexico about eight hours ago. I feel on average everything is about 50% less than the US. I was in Guadalajara, San Luis Potosí, Salinas, and Zacatecas.
Full legit.
DO NOT GO TO COLUMBIA!!!!!!
Just a little feedback: there’s a lot of mouth noise in your voiceovers. I’m not a content creator so I don’t know the fix for this but I watch a lot of YT so I know there is one. A significant minority of the population suffers from misophonia and a major trigger for it is mouth noise, so it’s worth researching how to mitigate it.
Try the Guatemalan candies at Doña Maria Gordillo in Antigua 🤌
1:53 – you said Guanajuato?
Some other great choices are Peru, Vietnam, Malaysia, Turkey and of course Thailand. I need to check out Japan!
Love the video! I do have a request, if there were sitting off each place it would be helpful. I have no idea how to spell some of the south American locations but I got it sorted 🙏 maybe just a challenge I faced but regardless- you guys rock!
Would you be able to list Japan where you visited?
The Dino Hotel is a pay by the hour “love hotel”
If you're american australia is pretty cheap to visit cuz of the state of their currency
Great video. We’re trying to figure out our next destination and we got some good ideas from it. We also lived in Guatemala for a time and it still feels like our second home.

Just subscribed and we are also nomadic. Early retirement. We are going to Japan in late February and will be there for a month. Can you tell me where, as hikers and nature lovers, we should focus for our time.
