♨️ In 1911 (Meiji 44), a high-temperature hot spring source was discovered, and by 1924 (Taisho 13), it was renamed to the present-day Tendo Onsen. It is now celebrated as a hub for shogi (Japanese chess), soothing hot springs, and bountiful fruits.
🥢 In addition to seasonal local ingredients nurtured by the blessings of Yamagata’s nature, we incorporate pesticide-free, organic vegetables grown in our own farm. Savor the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients, with a focus on Yamagata beef, renowned for its rich taste and smooth marbling.
