2ND ANNUAL New Year’s Day snowboarding at Niigata’s KAGURA. Kagura sits on one of the highest peaks in the Yuzawa area at over 1800 meters and is well known for its powder snow. The area is made up of 30 courses, 18 lifts and backcountry access.
