American Explores Hiroshima Castle πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅

On my second day in Hiroshima I made my way to the beautiful Hiroshima Castle. The castle is surrounded by a park and is much smaller than i had anticipated. Although the castle was not quite what i had envisioned it was still definitely worth a visit. The castle ended up being a museum with a ticket price of less than $3 and had 5 levels to explore. There wasn’t many food options in the castle area but luckily there was at least one shop selling ice cream which had a delicious mango flavor. The ice cream in Hiroshima is much better and certainly cheaper than anything you’ll find in the United States. I ended up spending about an hour at Hiroshima Castle and between the ticket price and the ice cream i paid about $5 so its definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in Hiroshima, Japan.
