Its the Nishinari Wardand Shinsekai in Osaka. I walked around here at night last year…comp[ared to other cities it aint dangerous at all. A few drunks, loud lary types…liek any other place keep to yourself and you'll be fine

Haha I was there earlier this year. Very fun place with amazing foods. You have Shin Sekai and great nightlife nearby. Sennariya's a good coffee place I frequented.
