a day in tokyo’s sumo town, ryogoku! π
Hello friends and welcome back with our first tokyo neighborhoods video for 2025!
For this video, we’re exploring the history and angles of a sumo town called Ryogoku. I hope this video takes you back in time, inspires you to become a sumo wrestler, or at least gives you some kind of comfort π
βοΈ π
I was editing this video over the new year while fighting the flu, and rewatching the clips of the sumo wrestlers practicing early in the morning, and learning about the life that comes with training to be a sumo wrestler inspired me to try to be fit again.π
So I’m making it my goal for 2025 to incorporate more fitness into my life!
Do you have any 2025 goals?

This is so cool! I didnβt know there was a gym that had practices open to the public. Thank you for sharing!
Very cool – need to add this place to my list next time!
