Tour the Midosuji illuminations on the special “OSAKA SKY VISTA” double-decker open-deck bus while hearing to a bus guide tell you about the highlights.
Midosuji is the main street that runs through the center of Osaka, opened in 1937.
The Midosuji illuminations began in 2009 and this will be their 16th event.
The Midosuji illuminations were recognized as a world record in 2015.
The history that formed the foundation of the city’s current development is unraveled for each area and expressed through the illuminations.

Aqua Metropolis Blue: Hanshin-mae to Umeda-Shinmichi
A vibrant blue that evokes the waters of the Dojima River, which once extended all the way to Umeda

Purple: Umeda Shinmichi to Oebashi Kitazume
Image of a glamorous town bustling with entertainment for government officials and merchants

White: Kitahama-3 to Fushimimachi-3
Image of the vigor of the Dojima rice market about 200 years ago, which led to the town becoming a financial district

Champagne Gold: Fushimimachi-3 to SembaChuo-3
Expressing the merchant town that flourished as the center of Osaka with gorgeous light

Mixed Colors: Kyutaromachi-3 to Shinbashi-Kita
Expressing the town that developed mainly around the textile industry with overlapping lights of various colors

Pink: Midosuji-Unagidani to Midosuji-Mitsuderacho
Gorgeous colors that burst with the bustle of the Nanchi Gogei, from which the name “Minami” originated

5-colors Mixed: Dotonboribashi-Minamizume to Nambanishiguchi
Expressing the town lined with theaters and developed as a center of diverse culture

御堂筋イルミネーションを「OSAKA SKY VISTA」 特別便の2階建てオープンデッキバスでバスガイドによる見どころを聞きながら観光します。

御堂筋は1937年に開通した大阪の中心部を貫くメインストリートです。
御堂筋イルミネーションは2009年に始まり今回が16回目です。2015年に世界記録に認定されました。
現在の街の発展の基盤となった歴史をエリアごとに紐解き、イルミネーションで表現しています。

水都ブルー：阪神前～梅田新道
かつては梅田までつながっていたという、堂島川の水をイメージした鮮やかな青

パープル：梅田新道～大江橋北詰
役人や商人をもてなす花街としてにぎわった、華やかな街のイメージ

ホワイト：北浜３～伏見町３
金融の街になるきっかけとなった約200年前の堂島米市場の活気をイメージ

シャンパンゴールド：伏見町３～船場中央３
大阪城下の中心として繁栄した商人の街を、ゴージャスな光で表現

ミックス：久太郎町３～新橋北
繊維産業を中⼼に発展した街を、様々な色の光を折り重ねて表現

ピンク：御堂筋鰻谷 〜 御堂筋三津寺町
「ミナミ」の由来となった南地五花街の賑わいが弾ける華やかなカラー

5色ミックス：道頓堀橋南詰 〜 難波西口
芝居小屋が立ち並び多様な文化の中心地として発展した街を表現

    The footage is so beautiful👍👍2-story building

    I wonder if it wasn't cold🤔🤔The bus guide's explanation was also good🤗

    It was my first bus tour and I thought it was fun😁😁

    I don't often get the chance to ride buses or trains😅

    I think the video that was over an hour long was fireworks😄😄Editing was also difficult.

    Let me see the second half tomorrow.

    So I watched the second half too🤗🤗

    I was worried that it would be cold with the roof open in the second half.

    Even as an Osaka native, I found this tour fun.

    I was watching the subtitles thinking that they must have used up a lot of AI😅

    明けましておめでとうございます。わー御堂筋のイルミネーション素晴らしいですね。バスツアーは、とても便利ですね。オープンデッキに驚きました。オズポケ3私も持っているんですが、凄くいいカメラですね。特にイルミネーションは、最高です。バスは、混んでても目的地に連れて行ってくれます。私も去年京都の嵐山に行きました。大阪は、ビルの夜景が素敵ですね。今度是非行ってみたいです。👍21👏👏
