Exploring Otaru: Seafood, Sweet Treats, and Scenic Canals | Japan Travel Guide
In this video, we took a 50 min train ride from Sapporo to the seaside town of Otaru. This area is known for some of the freshest seafood in Japan. In addition, Otaru is home to special foods such as Naruto Fried Chicken and LeTao Double Fromage Cheesecake. We enjoyed the how walkable this town is with a charming canal running along the main street. We ended our trip at the New Chitose Airport where they had a Royce Chocolate Factory exhibit.
