⁴ᴷ Aichi: Toyohashi Station (愛知県: 豊橋駅) – Japan Walking Tour (December, 2024)
It’s getting colder, so I’ve decided to head west in Japan. I planned to tour the major cities in Shikoku, so I took a ferry from Tokushima to Wakayama, then went through Osaka, Shiga, Gifu, and finally arrived in Aichi Prefecture. After passing Nagoya, I made my way to Toyohashi City.
Near the station, there’s a small area with snack bars and other establishments offering female hospitality. There’s also a relatively large arcade shopping street, though it’s not very long. On my previous visit to Toyohashi, I mainly filmed the long, long row of “waterfront buildings” built over a canal—there’s a shopping street inside them, which has a nice vibe. This time, I found the dining and entertainment district to be quite enjoyable as well.
