前にある5重の塔は富士吉田市地域の戦没者の慰霊碑です
日清戦争・日露戦争・太平洋戦争で亡くなった方達の名簿が奉納されています
その旨を記したプレートがあるのですが読む人が殆どいない
現中国・ロシア・米と戦ったという日本の・日本人のエネルギー（活力）をある意味で示しているのですが・・・
但し「良いのか悪いのか」って評価ですけどね
