My honest review of BLUE SUSHI SAKE GRILL

For more than a decade, Japan was our favorite winter vacation destination due to its proximity to Guam. So far, there is only one place I would give a perfect 10/10 on sushi — and that place is in Hakodate in the southern coast of the island of Sapporo in Japan where you can get the freshest seafood (fishing boat to table) they make into sushi which melts in your mouth. They do not add too many sauces, spices, or garnish like they do at restaurants because it is oh-so-good when it is super fresh.
