  1. I went to Japan with my daughter and we are women of color. They were so respectful because that is how they are taught to be from the time that they are younger. When I walked into a restaurant the waitress would run to me to greet me and my daughter, they would walk to me to my table and pull the seat out for me, bow down to me and say thank you. I felt like I was treated like royalty in Japan, if they were thinking something racist I definitely could not tell or even feel rascist energy. The police were also very helpful and friendly when I was lost. It also it made me want to move over there. I feel rascism in the USA but did not experience rascism in Japan
