Full Power Oyster and Scallop Ramen at Mukan

Chukasoba Mukan (中華蕎麦 無冠) is one of the most hyper ramen shops in Tokyo in the last years. They got famous with their oyster ramen bowl, which presents a dubious visual to Western eyes, but is widely acclaimed to be the pinnacle of oyster ramen in Japan. However, in this video we will focus on two other bowls, their scallop ramen and their oyster mazesoba. In the video you will see me have their scallop ramen at Mukan Gotanda. Next is their oyster mazesoba at Mukan Yokohama.
Compared with to the original location, you do not need a reservation in Gotanda and Yokohama, but expect at least a short line when you go.

  2. I really want to try both, but the mazesoba looked amazing, especially with the yolk.
    You forgot to post the links for your ramen-head friends (at the time of writing of course).
    You're probably snoozing after more bowls.
