Japanese Roadtrip | Fukuoka to Yufuin (PLUS Attack on Titan Statues in Hita & Dazaifu!) | DAY 1

Kyushu is definitely my favourite region in Japan. You don’t need to rent a car to get around Kyushu, but you probably should.

This is Day 1 of my Japanese road trip which starts in Fukuoka and ends in Yufuin – but along the way, we make stops at the iconic Attack on Titan statues in Hita, explore the historic Dazaifu Shrine, and take in the beautiful Japanese countryside whilst driving about. I hate using the term hidden gems – though, Kyushu is full of it.

If you have any questions, drop them in the comments below! An article about our trip will follow soon…
