This video shows you around around Tokiwa Park, located near the center of Asahikawa.
After strolling through Asahikawa’s oldest park, I crossed a nearby bridge and walked along the snowy riverside scenery.

Over the past few days, snow has fallen in Asahikawa, creating the snowy scenery you see in the video.
However, it is customary in Asahikawa for the first snow to completely melt away, with the snow beginning to accumulate in earnest from December.
It was already evening, but since the snow has just stopped, I took a short walk.
