Japanese Thrift Store
We walked past this thrift store in Fujiyoshida while in the Five Lakes Region near Mount Fuji in Japan and finally it was open the last time we passed by!
I love a good thrift store and buy everything second-hand that I can – it’s one really easy way to practice sustainable consumption and support a circular economy.
Turns out it wasn’t that much different from the second-hand stores at home (I’m not sure what I was expecting!?)
Surprisingly, I haven’t noticed too many thrift shops here, even though I have pretty keen eye for seeking them out. Could be that I can’t read Japanese lol.
