Many people have asked us whether our lifestyle is expensive. It’s something we’ve been thinking about ourselves. You can always look online, but people have very different ways of spending money. Living somewhere long-term the costs also are very different. You can find more affordable places, often rent is lower when booking for a month, etc.

We have tracked all of our costs for our time in Thailand (3.5 months), Vietnam (1 month) and Japan (1.5 months).
