  1. Similar to the tofu chocolate bar, you can make chocolate pudding with silken tofu, cocoa powder (or melted dark chocolate) and a bit of maple syrup for sweetness. Very tasty and a good source of protein! I also like to make chocolate chia pudding as well which is similar but swap tofu for chia seeds + add milk to hydrate the chia, a good source of protein, omega 3 and magnesium!

  2. "Diet" foods being so totally separated from what makes something actually good for you is so fascinating to me in the way a horror movie is. You're being sold low calories and high protein, but people have no idea why you're meant to eat them (spoilers: you're usually not!!) and so they just take whatever the latest rend is and run with it, thinking they're eating better.

  3. Привет, ребята! Что то последнее время видосики стали не интересные. Давно не показывали уличную еду. Хотелось бы посмотреть и попробовать вместе с вами. Удачи и продвижение канала🤷‍♀️❤️👍👏🏻

  4. I would love to see if it's possible a "sugar free" day, idk if they have such a thing overseas but it would be interesting to see. 😂😂

  5. I mean technically in cals these foods are all low. But the majority are still processed with either high sugar or sodium. They are convenience store food after all and need shelf life. Or because they are low in cals, they have to ramp up the flavour in some way. It’s a myth you are healthy just because your are thin

  6. She's all worried about calories and fat when it's sugar and carbs that she needs to worry about. So many people have been lied to about nutrition.

  7. The biggest mistake you made was choosing fruits such as strawberries. Fruit is counterproductive to a diet. The other thing is that fish is not good for you. Fish contains high levels of mercury. The right answer is to eat only one serving of low-calorie soup noodle a day. That is enough food for 24 hours. Things like smoothies are also an enemy of dieting.

  8. All these things that you ate are prepared in Iran for two dollars, and not with this volume, with a volume of about a kilogram, and fresh and organic.
    Do these foods relieve hunger?

  9. I work at a truck stop convenience store, and it's so weird to see cups of ice when literally I can go up to the soda fountain and just get ice for free 🤷 2 different spouts for ice as well, big chunks and smaller chunks 😅

  10. Please remember to use the word "will" in your sentences. For example, "I will be eating…" and "we will be eating."

  11. I recognized that bold iced green tea. Found a bottle while in New York City and absolutely loved it. Can't find it anywhere near me in Massachusetts though

  12. I'd love to know more about these pre-cut and packed vegetables. Here in germany there was a huge discussion about these since they are often germ loaded to the point of being barely eatable without some propper cleaning.

  13. Bring smiling lady back! Whoever this guy is he can’t carry a 10 minute video alone. Your commentary is terrible
