This ramen type is the richest version of tonkotsu ramen | Kurume, Japan

Kurume ramen, hailing from the city of Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, is described as the strongest ramen style, thanks to the richness of the pork bones used in the soup, and the layered flavours of decades of cooking. It’s the origin of tonkotsu ramen, the predecessor to global ramen chains like Ichiran, Ippudo, and Ajisen.
