The best gyoza in Kyoto is a place called Chaochao and all of you should go there.

Pronounced “Chow Chow”, if you’re ever in Kyoto, you have a responsibility to yourself and to those around you to find this place and eat their gyoza.

In Greece, I ate gyro every day.

It was delicious.

In Japan, I made a point to eat dumplings every day.
Osaka, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nara, Kawaguchiko, and Mt. Fuji.

As of this publishing, Chaochao’s wins for all-time greatest gyoza on the island nation of Japan.

Everyone should go to Japan and everyone should go to Kyoto and everyone should go to Chaochao and everyone should eat their gyoza.
