Visiting Nara Park is a must for everyone while visiting Osaka.
Nara is only less than an hour from central Osaka by Train or Shinkansen.
Although there are museums and temples here in Nara, the main attraction is Deer Feeding.
Once you reached Kintetsu Nara Station, you are greeted by the free roaming deer.
Keeping walking up the ascending road and you’ll find even more deers walking around on the foot paths & grass. Here you can find vendors that sells food to feed the deers…
but be careful as sometimes they can be quite aggressive when you feed them.
You need to spend at least half a day here in Nara as there are lots of places to visit too… don’t forget to try the fresh Mochi behind Kintensu Nara Station.
