Osaka is known as Japan’s kitchen so the one traditional Japanese dish I had to try when in Osaka is Kansai style grilled unagi!

And there’s no better place than to try it at this restaurant that is located in a hidden alley in the Dotonbori area. The unagi was charcoal grilled to perfection, crunchy on the outside and fluffy soft in the inside. Safe to say I have no bone issues here and the unagi uni combo was delicious!
