Tokyo Setagaya Night Streets: Yoga to Sakura-shinmachi & A Mini Nebuta Festival [4K/HDR/Binaural]

Join me on a peaceful walk through the residential streets of Setagaya, starting in Yoga and ending in Sakura-shinmachi. Filmed entirely with the Osmo Pocket 3, this video captures the charm of Tokyo’s quieter neighborhoods. Upon reaching Sakura-shinmachi, I was lucky to witness a mini version of the famous Nebuta Festival, a rare sight outside of Aomori Prefecture. While much smaller in scale compared to the original, it was a unique and special experience to see in Tokyo!

  1. Content like this makes me wish that you had a time machine, and could show me this stuff from the 90s, Yoshi San. haha

  2. Truly a unique festival and beautiful to watch at nightfall. Wonderful to hear and listen to the engaged audience who sang along, especially a group of women who stood behind you? It's quite amazing how wire and paper can result in such intricate sculptures. The drums make anyone want to move, and I could see the man to the left of you bobbing his head to the sound. Thanks for having been out there to show us the festival. Take care 🙂
