Summer scenery in Akita Experience the grand festival of Kanto Festival
The first stop of this summer trip was Akita Prefecture. The route passed through Akita City, Oga Peninsula, Hiroshi’s hometown Omagari, and finally returned to Akita City. Although it rained heavily wherever I went, disrupting part of the itinerary, I still enjoyed many beautiful scenery. What was particularly unforgettable was the experience of the Akita Kanto Festival, one of the three major festivals in the Tohoku region of Japan. The scene was very lively and shocking.
