北へ向かう夏のくるま旅４日目、積丹半島に前乗りして念願の生うに丼をいただきました。
積丹の赤うに丼（エゾバフンウニ）をどうしても食べたくて、早朝、お店の順番リストに名前を書いて待ちました。７時前で５番目でした。９時開店まで時間があるので、神威岬へ積丹ブルーを見に行きました。念願の積丹ブルーとうに丼を堪能。
余市では、ニッカウヰスキー余市蒸留所で工場見学して、シングルモルトの試飲＆いろいろ買っちゃいました。
観て食べて走っての北海道２日目、翌日の道北くるま旅に向けて道の駅石狩で車中泊しました。

On the fourth day of our summer car trip heading north, we arrived at the Shakotan Peninsula early and went to eat our long-awaited raw sea urchin bowl.

I really wanted to eat Shakotan red sea urchin bowl (Ezo bafun sea urchin), so I put my name on the queue list at a restaurant early in the morning. Since I had some time before the restaurant opened at 8am, I went to Cape Kamui to see the Shakotan blue sea urchin, enjoyed my long-awaited Shakotan blue sea urchin bowl, and then headed to Yoichi.

In Yoichi, we toured the Nikka Whisky Yoichi Distillery, sampled single malts, and bought a lot of things.

On the second day of Hokkaido, where we saw, ate, and drove, we stayed overnight in the car at the Ishikari roadside station in preparation for the next day’s Hokkaido North car trip.
