Tokyo Festival: Walking Tour of Tachikawa

This time, I walked around Tachikawa in Tokyo.
On this day, Tachikawa is the hottest day of the year, even in the hot summer.
It is the day when the whole city holds a festival.
You can feel the mikoshi and festival atmosphere from in front of the station. You can feel different festival atmospheres to the north and south of the station.
You can see many people visiting and enjoying the festival.
Suwa Shrine is also not far from the station.
By heading to Suwa Shrine, you can see the city changing into an even more different everyday life, so I definitely recommend going.
I think this is the most enjoyable day to visit Tachikawa.
