Hidden Shrine in the Valley

This Shrine is a hidden pearl in Wakayama City!
I would love to tell you more about this place but sadly, there is very little information of the history of this place.
There is a second path there from the Univercity but it’s gated off. Students are allowed to go through though. If you want to go there, you better go in from under the Motor Road Route 26.
The shrine seem to either have been under the water in the past and resurfaces or it was made there after putting up the dam. I could not find anything about it, only strolling guids. Zero is published in English to my knowlage and one other video is made of this place by a Japanese YouTuber.
