The Shizuoka prefecture side of Hakone Touge, along National Route 1, the old primary road that connects Tokyo to Osaka. This section offers great views of Numazu city as you drive down from Hakone. The highest point along the 765km (466 mile) long road is around the first set of traffic lights in this video.

It's no roller coaster but the scenery is hard not to stop and take a look (if the haze cooperated)
