I took a 12-hour overnight ferry from Osaka to Beppu by “Sunflower Kurenai” and went on a solo trip to explore Beppu Onsen!　

It takes an hour to fly from Osaka to Beppu, Oita Prefecture, but it is nice to take the 12-hour ferry all the way there. A party on the ferry is fun too, alone though…

・ In capsule type beds, earplugs are a must as you can hear others snoring!
・ The “Sunflower” theme song is played continuously on board for about 30 minutes after boarding, so you will be brainwashed!
