Kyushu Region: Day 1 in FUKUOKA!
We’re visiting the Kyushu region for the third time in Japan, but this is our first summer trip here. It’s incredibly hot. We landed at the airport around 8 PM due to a nearly hour-long delay from our flight from Manila. Despite the late hour, it was still early in Japan, so we had a meal at one of our favorite fast food spots, Yoshinoya. We then headed to Family Mart, which is right across from our hotel, to pick up some drinks and rested early to prepare for the next day’s activities.
