Judge’s verdict: When Ali goes to jail and Shahrabano cries
In the heart of the pristine and beautiful mountains, Shahrabano, a nomadic widow, lives with her two small children amid endless hardships after the death of her husband. After her mother-in-law threw her out of the house, Shahrabano had to find refuge in this wild nature. He tries with all his power to keep his children alive and fight for a better future.
In the meantime, Ali, a young man, benevolent and kind-hearted, gets to know Shahrabano. Having entered Shahrabano’s heart, he quickly finds out about the difficulties in her life and decides to help her and her children. Ali not only helps Shahrabano and her family financially and emotionally, but also finds a deep interest in Shahrabano and wants to build a house in this beautiful nature with her cooperation. Ali and Shahrabano build a simple and small house in the heart of the mountains with love, effort and taste, where it can be a safe and relaxing place for them.
But the story does not end here. Natural resources officers and police forces decide to demolish new houses in this non-rural context due to the lack of construction permits in this area and the laws related to unauthorized constructions. Ali and Shahrabano’s house is no exception to this rule, and with its destruction, their romantic hearts are broken. Ali’s and Shahrabano’s sadness from this incident adds another challenge to their hard life.
However, fate still does not remove its hand from their lives. A kind operator comes to Ali and Shahrabano’s help to find a new place for them to live. They soon start a new life in the new place, with love and taste, but the problems of the past still haven’t left them.
The land that Ali and Shahrbanu had previously bought in the mountains has now created a new problem for them. Due to the inability to pay the remaining part of the land money, the owner of the land sues Ali and his lawyer. This complaint leads to Ali’s prison sentence. Shahrabano’s cries for Ali and her efforts to save the love of her life narrate a story of love, resistance and hope, a story that, despite all the hardships, still speaks of hope and striving for a better life.

This is terrible! The land owners clearly entered into a fraudulent contract. This would render any contract null and void – at least in other countries under common law. However it does not appear so in Iran. Mr Vakil did his best to prevent this and he will continue to do so. Mr operator is an excellent man who has been through all the hardships this lovely family had to endure. Thank you for your continued assistance with everything. If the story were true I would feel very sorry for this nice family.
But: What caused all these difficulties? They just didn't think. Where in the world can you buy land without having money and work? And they didn't even have money to buy building materials. Like now again. I don't understand why they don't rent a small apartment and both go to work. And a “real” man would be ashamed to always let the (very nice) operator help him.
