Located at the western foot of Mt. Fuji in Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Lake Tanuki is famous for its spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. Chosen as one of the “100 Scenes with Mt.Fuji”, you can, if lucky, also see the “upside-down Fuji” reflected in Lake Tanuki.
Lake Tanuki has a 3.3 km circumference and is a great place for hiking, biking, and camping in a rich natural setting🚴There is also a walking course that allows you to walk around the entire lake, so even beginner hikers can have a go✨
