Exploring Tokyo’s MUST-SEE Spots! | 2024 Tokyo Travel Guide

We’re in the BIGGEST, BRIGHTEST and one of our FAVOURITE cities in the world… TOKYO! We’re going to explore the MUST SEE Spots that Tokyo has to offer (Shibuya, Harajuku, Yoyogi Park, Shinjuku and more!)

Join us as we explore some of the BEST areas in Tokyo 🇯🇵 Starting off in Shibuya we of course had to check out the Shibuya Crossing! The Starbucks at the Shibuya crossing intersection has an awesome view- you can sip on your white choccie mocha as you watch seas of people use the Shibuya crossing! Stace also managed a cheeky visit to Mandarake in Shibuya- a popculture/ trading card lovers heaven!

Next we headed up EVEN HIGHER to Shibuya Sky! 🌇 Here we were met with 360 degree views of Tokyo! We could see Tokyo Sky Tree, Shibuya crossing, and even Mount Fuji (kinda) 🗻 We highly recommend you visit Shibuya Sky if you’re travelling to Tokyo, it was one of our highlights! From Shibuya Sky we walked to Harajuku, the ‘Kawaii’ capital of the world 🍡 Sweet crepes were a must-get before FINALLY playing a gashapon- our first one in Japan! There are so many cool shops to browse in along Takeshita Street in Harajuku 😻From here we visited Cafe Reissue, a cute cafe that specialised in making 3D Latte art! They even do custom orders, so of course Rosh got our dog Ted, and I think the results speak for themselves! 🥲

⛩Right next door to Harajuku is Yoyogi Park, a peaceful area of lush green trees, towering Torii gates and the Meiji Shrine 🏯 Yoyogi Park is a MUST VISIT! 🌳

Of course we couldn’t explore Tokyo without paying the rebel-child of a district a visit- Shinjuku 😈Futuristic music, Bright neon lights, oh, and a Godzilla 🦖 No big deal. Shinjuku is awesome, make sure you stick around til dark! 🌃
