Chicken sashimi is a very divisive dish, but we want to try everything at least once, and Japan is the obvious place to indulge in raw chicken. Japan’s high vigilance when it comes to food safety is what makes this unique delicacy fine to consume, and we decided to go to a place famous for the dish, and to try a specialty breed of chicken in a city that’s famous for it.
