  1. Finally subscribed. Whenever I watched your Japan vlogs and had to pause to look up something else on the phone, I had a hard time recalling the name of your vlog and so found it difficult returning to it. Sam and __ led to numerous other vlogs. Sam and Victor, Sam and Jeff, Sam and whatsis. Finally, it's Ralph and Sam. Had to peak again so I could write the correct name that goes with Sam. Apologies to Ralph. Please forgive the GenXer whose memory is not as sharp as it once was.

  2. Think the earlier part of the vlog was Ralph going to camera shops so I was confused when you're at Mandrake's Gamera section and I was thinking Mandrake sells cameras now? 🀣 I always joked that everything is kawaii in Tokyo, even the rain as it's usually misty when I'm there but the one you experienced at Roppongi didn't seem kawaii at all. Hope you both stayed dry!

  3. I have never tried tsukemen but I want to. Ralph's dish looks outstanding! Also, time to hire a film crew but that is difficult especially with your vision. Regardless, I still love these videos. I still think both Sam and Ralph need to pivot to modeling on the international platform. Don't change a thing!

  4. Thank you for these vlogs, I’m doing my solo first trip to Tokyo in the winter and you guys have given me great recommendations for my list!

  5. Lol I love how you can see more of your sense of humor & personality through your comments and editing as time progresses!

Another great video as per usual πŸ’…
(Though I've learned I need to watch them either during lunch or dinner, or risk suffering from intense fomo 🫠)

  6. super potato! we were there in march. also if you haven't tried kyushu jangara ramen i highly recommend it.

  7. Super Potato feels like old Greenhills. Memories of hanging out at the arcade behind Jollibee in Virra Mall, haha. I'm old.
