Как можно землю переписать на вторую жену,если куплена в браке с Мехтаб и дети малые четверо уже были.Совместно нажитое делится между супругами.Земля неможет переписана быть на вторую жену.В суд подать жалобу.Продать землю поделить средства с учётом ,что дети остаются с Мехтаб.Сначала развод . Алименты на детей положено детей содержать до совершеннолетия пока учатся в институте.❤❤Закон есть и в Иране я предполагаю.Вторая жена с согласия первой должна наверное быть.❤
