1️⃣ YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN
Take the Yokohama Air Cabin cable car to get great views of the city! It’s the perfect way to get over to Shinko, the island where you’ll find the Cup Noodles Museum and Cosmo World.

2️⃣ CUP NOODLES MUSEUM
Do you want to make your own Cup Noodles? Or fancy learning about how this ramen came about? You can’t miss the Cup Noodles museum! Don’t miss the ramen bazaar either where you can try noodles from around the world 😋 the bazaar is cash only so make sure you have change! We were running low so had to share one bowl between us 😂

🎫 ¥500 for museum entry and ¥500 to make your own Cup Noodles (cash only)

3️⃣ COSMO CLOCK 21
Take a ride on this huge ferris wheel 🎡 that doubles as a clock 🕰️ for the most awesome views of Yokohama! If you’re lucky, you’ll also be able to spot Mount Fuji 🗻 between the buildings 🤩 sunset is a perfect time to go, but make sure you get in the queue with enough time as the line can be quite long.

Fun fact: Cosmo Clock 21 is the world’s largest ferris wheel with a clock function!

4️⃣ CHINATOWN
Yokohama is home to Japan’s biggest Chinatown! Make sure to visit to try some delicious food (candied strawberries, xiaolongbao, bao buns with pork belly 🤤) and also see the Kuan Ti Miao temple. Don’t forget to bring cash as most places won’t take card payments. You can also get tasty bubble tea and lots more!

5️⃣ BONUS: go shopping for vintage clothes and American sports memorabilia at Yokohama World Porters! Also visit Steak Mountain for the most delicious steak and fried rice 😋

🛌 We stayed at New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium which had amazing views of Cosmo Clock 21! It was right next to the Sakuragichō train station which made getting to Tokyo a breeze and was also next to Yokohama Air Cabin. If we stayed again I’d definitely try and get a room with a view over the city and the ferris wheel 🤩
