We love summer in Seattle and the best part is to savor all the cold and refreshing food and desserts! We went to Santouka Ramen for some hiyashi (Japanese cold noodles) and tried Nana’s Green Tea Yuzu series where the parfait is SO GOOD! Continuing in Bellevue, we went to Hui Lau Shan where they have authentic Chinese desserts with mangos and lots of new flavors. Our last stop is Sirena Gelato in Kirkland where it is the best gelato in town! Enjoy!
