On the middle day of a three-day weekend, I went to Funabashi City in Chiba Prefecture.
The station functions as a terminal station where five lines of three companies (Chuo/Sobu Line, Musashino Line, Keiyo Line, Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, and Toyo Rapid Transit Line) serve the city, and there are quite a few restaurants around the station due to the large number of transfer passengers.
