what needs to be said about this place it’s Japan the crushing work life and balance the rampant commercialization of everything all of it makes for a truly gargantuan society that functions amazingly and it has everything to show for it a Japan is a place which can be as peaceful or as exciting as you want it to be you only need to choose where you want to go then just get on a train bus and it’ll take you [Music] [Music] there the mountains and valleys aren’t tamed they’re just a part of life it does make it hard for them to grow fruits though the prices for them are out of control [Music] [Music] for speech speech [Music] [Music] even in the Metropolis it’s easy to find remnants of the old world in Nagasaki the mountaintops amongst the suburbs are homes to Hidden shrines as soon as I stepped off the bus I realized the mistake I made this place smelled of eggs and after a short walk there was someone boiling eggs using the hydrothermal vents you better believe I ate some they tasted like regular eggs [Music] [Music] [Music] sh [Music] sh [Music] foreign spe spee f [Music] [Music] [Music] spe [Music] [Music] I ate Fugu at a restaurant run by a brother sister [Music] du people like P sauce I I like they were incredibly welcoming and eager to chat about everything they were so warm-hearted even laughing for no reason other than Joy P the sauce little if you do it M oh Japanese see you do it oh [Music] [Music] [Music] spee good [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] and of course the deer and NADA but everyone’s seen that already [Music] [Music] morning [Music] [Music] [Music] spe I went for a hike in the Koby mountains starting on a trail but wandering off and finding my own way around somehow though within the space of 30 seconds my Forest walk put me amongst a Mountaintop herb garden and as a result I ended up having a nice Curry for lunch instead of tra mix [Music] like everywhere else in the world Japan isn’t perfect but that doesn’t stop me from irrationally loving it I’ve seen a lot of it and there’s definitely more to see and I have more to [Music] show for
