welcome again to another video here on our channel so of course right now we’re not in Asia we were supposed to be going to Asia yesterday uh we had uneventful event but right now we are in New York City right now actually we’re in Brooklyn area and we’re going to be heading to the airport hopefully today is going to be a smooth travel to uh Tokyo and we’re going to be bringing you along with us so I hope you enjoy watching this video as we travel with Japan Airlines on their a350 100 the newer version of their uh business class economy class premium economy and so forth but we’re flying in economy and we’re going to be actually all right now in the middle seat so pray for us hopefully we can get our seats changed but if not you’re going to be watching us actually being in the middle seat for 14-hour flight so without any further Ado let’s head to the airport welcome to another travel Vlog initially we were supposed to be flying with the J from Seattle to Narita but due to some issues with the travel day we are now in New York we are still excited to be embarking on this journey through Asia and bringing you this review due to our issue with the travel date we are at the hotel and we’ll grab breakfast and head to the airport shortly getting to the airport we used our MX Uber credit to apply towards this ride and let’s just say it covers only 15% of the ride we are now at the airport and the check-in process was a bit long the flight is a full one and it took long to get checked in even on the business class line we got checked in and we are on our way to the lounge the lounge that we have access to is the greenich lounge at terminal 8 the economy seat ticket does not come with lounge access however due to the status with one world we do have access when traveling International we have reviewed this lounge and is on our Channel and we’ll link it here this Lounge provides a lot of ameni such as food shower working space Etc so anyways we are now at the lounge um we are on our way at least for now the flight has been delayed for 1 hour but overall it is good so far uh yesterday was a nightmare but today so far so good we’re here at the greenish lounge and then um no business class seats available but they were actually able to make us uh to give us seats that were really good so we should be good to go on this flight to uh Tokyo [Music] we’re now at the gate and waiting to board the boarding process was a bit chaotic given the two flights were leaving at the same time so right now we’re boarding uh but the boarding process is a little bit chaotic uh we’ve been sitting in line for like at least now 10 minutes and they still have yet to board and we’re already running on delay so and to make matters worse there’s a Hong Kong flight leaving and boarding right now at the same time as this flight and is right next to us there so but it’s really crazy but anyways hopefully we can get on this flight and then be on our way to Tokyo same want to be video as well right and over all right we’re boarding now to Japan so this is going to be a exciting we’re flying on the uh a350 100 so we see how this one goes we’re in economy class so it’s still exciting to be able to experience this product so we’re going to let you guys know how it [Music] goes on yeah one world we’re on this side here [Music] someday we’ll fly this one here it’s beautiful I know this is premium economy right here premium economy over here and this this is for us where we’re going to be excuse [Music] me and here we are on asset Wow first impression this cabin is amazing it reminds me of guar Airway flight but not quiet just better yeah so it reminds me of Qatar Airways but it’s better has a huge screen you see sleep there’s lots of leg room it’s just amazing so so far First Impressions I’m really excited about this super excited about this flight so we’re going to see how it goes for the rest of the flight and we’ll let you guys know and I know that Japan Airlines economy class is considered one of the best in the industry so we hope that we get to experience this and we know there’s going to be amazing service amazing food so I’m super excited right now all right so right now we’re in Pro 51 and I’m 51a my son is in 51 B and is already going in town with it if so you can see it’s very interactive I don’t even have to show this again to you guys but I’m going to show you guys a little bit here in the leg room as you can see uh there just lots of space lots of space and then here on this side here you do have an electric outlet uh that you can plug in free to use your computer or your other portable devices that you bring with you and in here you can see this is where the table is set and it’s really nice so and then here you have magazines and everything else here underneath here you do have the audio and the augs in there and then you have a USB C and USB ports there uh so it’s really [Music] nice and as far as it seat itself on the back here you do have this space here where your headrest can go and I like this red uh you see the contrast here and then with this black it’s really sleek and then you also have do another ax here for you to listen to music so that’s really awesome and then as far as the amenity that they give to you is you do have a blanket and uh you get also a pillow and the pillow looks like this and then you also get headphones and then yeah that’s all you get as far as am manity here but so cool so again so far so good so let’s get ready to go to Japan and this is the full flight uh we’re trying to get upgrades we’re not available at all um so they basically sold every single seat on this flight here so we got a 14 and 1/2 hour flight down to Tokyo and we’re going to show you guys document all the experience how it goes all right tell us around down about what do you have here it has movies and it has Super Mario Frozen four different languages and it has Toy Story and picture C so you think there’s a lot of movies and shows for you to watch during the flight okay and then they have um airplane trivia and they have like educational videos for kids and they have some Japanese shows nice and then they also have a reading they have reading which gives you they probably don’t have books right now but they have um a music they have music album around and they also me the about nice so it looks like you’re not going to be bored during this flight are you you’re going to have lots of things to entertain you right to keep you busy are you excited to go to Japan what are you most excited about the whole place the whole place all right so you’re looking forward the experience right that’s great all right we’re leaving 5 minutes behind schedule so we are now way to we started push back just 5 minutes behind the rescheduled time which is not [Music] bad please watch this safety video and familiarize yourself with the safety instructions the safety video was first time on Japan Airlines all right guys welcome to first ever Japan Airlines a350 bathroom tour so we’re in at the toilet this is one of the a toilet here in the economy class all the way to the back uh by The Galley so it’s really narrow uh but it does the job uh there’s a huge mirror right here you can see behind me and there’s also a smaller mirror right there uh and then you do have a changing table if you travel with your children um and then there’s also the coolest feature that you can see here which is the bedet of course uh and they provide you with some amenities such as soap uh hand sanitizer and they also have air freshman so super cool this has been a review of the Japan Airlines 8350 bath the first part of the meal is the snack and they have given us the wet towel but it says business class on it not mad about it we’ll gladly take it so they gave us these wipes and this is business class we’re in half fine business class it’s just wipes for your hands that’s first object for the meal service that is about to begin as we wait let’s talk about one area that I was a bit disappointed on this flight this was the usage of the internet I paid for the flight plan only to be told that it only covers one device so I had to pay twice in order to use my phone and laptop the goal was to just use my laptop for 1 hour and then for the rest of the trip to use my phone well it’s a lesson learned and we’ll keep that in mind in the future the meal service began with the snack and it was really [Music] good while we wait for the meal let’s admire this huge screen in economy class the only other airline that I know that has the same length and WID with his a hat on their A380 [Music] planes for the meal they had two options chicken and beef I chose beef and for my son he chose chicken the meal presentation was good in economy and no complain there the meal was also really good I just wish that they had Asian options versus the Western op options the other positive is that they provide you with met Cutlery and Chopsticks so we’re about 4 hours into the flight I’m still crossing to Canada we just had the meal and it was really good so definitely recommend it I went with the beef and same I went with the chicken so so far so good as we wait on the dessert let’s select the movie to help us fall as asleep shortly ice cream was served and it was really good before sleeping we checked out the M cabin bathroom and it was a bit spacious then the first one and it contained the same [Music] amenities after several hours of sleep they served a mid-flight snack and it was okay it was not my favorite but it will do to calm the home hunger 1 hour and a half before arrival they served the last meal which was the reuben sandwich this was actually really really delicious sandwich [Music] [Music] we’re getting closer to arrival and this is where I will provide my thought on this flight given that we were going to be flying one of their older product from Seattle to Nita this was really a nice upgrade upgrade in terms of the fleet and service the check-in process was awesome despite the time it took the person checking Us in was really friendly and helpful which set the mood for this trip the lounge although is not part of the ticket was still a great amenity to have have on this journey the boarding process was a bit chaotic but once we started boarding it went by fast and orderly the flight experience from start to finish was 10 out of 10 seats were comfortable the if was really great with lots of option for both myself and my children the food was good and we arried at the same time which is crazy thinking that we left 1 hour late also arriving in haneda instead of Narita saved us a lot of Transportation cost and headaches given our first hotel in Tokyo was just 20 minutes from haneda this was overall an excellent flight and definitely recommend this itinerary from JFK to haneda in the future we hope to be flying on their newest business class or even their premium economy just to compare the experiences [Music] yeah still this anyways we’re arriving in haneda with spectacular views of Tokyo there will be no need need for us to go on a skyscraper in Tokyo after these amazing views [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right we just landed in Tokyo [Music] elices we arrived in Tokyo and we’ll need to go through immigration and custom before going to the hotel one thing that I would like to mention that I was glad to see was an American Airline resuming flight to haneda at the time of our travel they were only flying from DFW to haneda routes and recently they have just started flying out of jef gate to haneda not sure if they’ll be adding more us routes from haneda or to haneda but if they do that is really great for Consumer as it will lower the cost for flights to Japan and Asia [Music] alike passengers iness CL and passengers in CL for Press thank you [Music] [Music] bye-bye bye-bye [Music] goodbye guys we made it we’re now in Tokyo y welcome to Toyo guys and Mr samel started getting already things out let’s get some map okay and there’s timeout as well if you want to get all right let’s go immigration and custom was really easy and now we’re going going to get the kids their sua cards to use in Japan the kids card gives them discount when riding trains in Japan for adults we downloaded a card on our iPhone wallet the train ride to our hotel was about 15 minutes and then we took the hotel Shadow to arrive to our place we are staying at the Marriott Hotel in Tokyo and will not be doing a review of this hotel but here’s a room tour where we are staying all right this is just a room tour of our Marriott St as you can see there’s a space here for your luggage and from here you do have bathrooms over here two of them on this side here you do have a TV area got a living room space over there and this was upgrade for us then you have a place for you to work here in the room here’s two beds and then you do have a TV area here here another closet here and of course we walking into a bathroom huge bathroom there’s a scale there’s everything else you do have a nice mirror here and then there you have towels every day over that side and here you do have a bathtub and on this side you do have a shower so I’m a ship shower and the bathtub super nice and the kids have they give them stuff as well like we have this cool bag then we have a body sponge a towel and a toothbrush and toothpaste look at that just for the kids and they got also flipflops slippers and and pajamas pajamas as well for them wow this is so nice you want to try that one are you going to eat [Music] it the kids wanted to have food from the convenience store and we were lucky to have one just downstairs in the [Music] hotel I don’t want there’s a lot more stuff over here you going to get that for dinner okay anyways guys we made it to Tokyo finally and uh we’re here at our hotel uh we’re going to show you a little bit of how the hotel looks like the video here uh but anyways we are here we’re in Tokyo and uh I hope you enjoy watching this video uh if you did enjoy watching this
