Nara airport is one the main airport for international flights but this airport is far from Central Tokyo which means it will cost you there are three main transport option from Nita trains buses and taxis I am going to show you the cheapest way to get Tokyo Station from Narita let’s get into it welcome to Japan you are at Nera Airport Terminal 2 most of International flights are landing at Terminal 1 or two it depends on airlines this video will start from Terminal 1 but it does not matter which terminal you are it’s pretty much the [Music] same once you go through the gate you will see this sign just right in front of you find this sign and follow I’m sure it’s right in front of you take the escalator head down to the train station take the elevator if you have a lot of luggage keep following this side you are now at ticket gate [Music] floor if you want buy a j or pass go to this Travel Service but this time we don’t buy a JR pass so you don’t have to go there you will see this Jr line sign when you get off the escalator follow the sign you will find lots of people being on the line to buy a ticket for Narita Express Narita Express AKA NEX is faster than local this train will get you to the central Tokyo in 55 5 minute but you have to be on the line at ticket office or ticket vending machines if you take local just go to the ticket vending machine which is in front of the gate don’t look up for the ticket Fair map no one can understand it’s 1340 and if you are going to Tokyo station it’s 1520 Yen if you are going to Shibuya or Shinjuku station but I highly recommend getting this IC card called Suka instead of buying a ticket you can use this IC card almost everywhere stores vending machines transportations and more now I am going to show you how to get and charge select your language and touch accept select charge amount I’m going to go to, Yen this time pay with cash or credit card [Music] now you are all set to [Music] go go to the gate and touch your IC card you just got this is the train you are going to take it’s Nar soine go down to the platform now you are at the platform wait for the train to come take the rapid this rapid train gets you to the Tokyo Station without transfer this is the difference between Narita Express and local if you a in hurry you should definitely take Narita Express here you go this is the train you will take this time [Music] this train is regular commuter train as you can see there is no luggage space so it can be very crowded during peak hours off peak hours no problem at all if you can’t stand crowded train there is a green car green car is first class of the train if you pay more you get more comfortable seat here is how to buy a green card ticket put your sweet a card like this select a kaido line if you are going to Tokyo station select 1, Yen for Tokyo I am not going to take green car this time so I will cancel it here this is inside green car touch your sua card on the reader above the seat the light will turn it green and you are all set set to [Music] go get on the [Music] train let’s go to Tokyo Now train goes Countryside for a while this train will get you to Tokyo station in 75 minutes it’s quite a long time so you got some time to kill j35 finally you are almost [Music] there you are on the fifth basement floor so you have to go up to transfer or go outside the station if you are going to Shibuya or shuku you have to transfer to yamot line take the escalator or elevator keep going [Music] now going up to second basement floor one more floor to [Music] go finally you are on the first floor going to shinuk Shibuya you need to transfer to yamot line if you are going to shabuya or shuku go to platform number number five for yamama not [Music] Line This is it for this time I think if you could avoid peak hours this would be a good transport to Tokyo station if you want to no other transport from Narita please check the link in the description thanks for watching And subscribe for more videos I will see you in the next one

  1. Why don’t you take the Chuo Line to Shinjuku from Tokyo station? It’s a direct route and more than twice as fast than going a big loop on Yamanote Line
