Travelling to Japan is the trip of a lifetime, so spend your days wisely!
All of us would love to explore as much of Japan as possible and thats exactly the reason why i covered so many Prefectures from the north to the south (except the one covered in snow, i am not a mountain or snow person) just to give you a glimpse on what the country has to offer.
There is such a vast difference across the region and each place has its own style, history, food and experiences.
I bet you will not regret this destination.

a little over 10 years ago it was practically a dream if someone talked about traveling to Japan but with the recent move of the Japanese government to push tourism on the Forefront and with Yen at its cheapest possible value it is finally possible to plan your dream trip to This Magnificent country visiting Japan for the first time can be fascinating exhilarating and perhaps above all confusing where to go what to do where to stay and how much will it cost well by the end of this Japan series I bet you will be able to plan your ideal Japan trip and decide what you would like to see hello and welcome to travel Rap City I am back with a new series and an adventure where I will be traveling across for 4 weeks around the country to discover as much of Japan as possible in just one month but before that if you are really interested to plan your dream trip to Japan I would recommend you to hit the like button and subscribe to my channel as I will be sharing detailed itary and cost which will make your life very easy as far as planning a trip to Japan is concerned I understand that 1 month seems to be a very long duration however the idea is to capture as many places as possible and hidden gems of Japan and so that you can decide which places you like and which you would like to visit apart from of course the famous spots which most of the travel videos and bloggers would cover so rather than simply just sitting in my room or going to the list of places that I have heard or seen I decided to do this entire Journey on my own [Music] [Applause] [Music] from witnessing the most beautiful Sakura season in the northern region to traveling to the sixth largest island of Japan Sado Islands getting lost in the ancient streets of Kyoto and have a day out in the neon lit streets of Osaka from ascending the smoldering active volcanoes to meeting our dear friends in Nara are swimming in the most beautiful Blue Waters of Okinawa and experience an entire city of beu covered with smoke C of the active Hot Springs finding out where the famous Yuzu lemons come from and trying to catch fresh noodles flowing down a waterfall and finally exploring the mega city of Tokyo I will reveal the best locations to cover and of course try some of the most delicious local dishes along the way well technically there is no right way to see Japan but if you are coming here for the first time then you definitely need to see and experience certain places to understand Japan’s past present and even the future the vast majority of people land in Tokyo either at the haneda or the Narita Airport so our Journey Begins and ends at Tokyo in my case I land at the Narita Airport and head straight to Akita to witness the most awaited Cherry Bloss or the Sakura season with all the bases covered the first thing that I plan to do it witness the Sakura season and I read that amori is one of the best sports to do so in all of Japan hence I made Akita prefecture my base which is approximately a 4-Hour shinkansen train ride from Tokyo City Center and also named after the famous breed of Akita dogs once I reach Akita I plan to unwind all the jet lag and start fresh the next day heading to witness the most beautiful season [Music] ever so today we are off to hirosaki Castle in the city of amori known for its very pretty cherry blossom which is just 2 and 1 half hour train journey from aita once you reach here you will find local buses that will take you to the hirosaki castle which is spread over acres of land located in the tohoku region in the northern part of Japan hirosaki Castle is widely considered to be one of Japan’s most beautiful castles and amongst the few Originals many of the castles you see in Japan today were rebuilt after the war however hosaki Castle is the only castle that was built during the Edo period and remains as it is the park surrounding the castle is filled with cherry trees making spring here a major event with around 2,000 600 cherry trees petal fill Moes rowboats for rent picnic areas night lighting and thousands of revealers as well as hirosaki Castle as the backdrop is easy to see why hirosaki Park is considered one of Japan’s best cherry blossom spots the weight was totally worth it as I tied off The Bucket List item of witnessing the cherry blossom season at the hirosaki castle soon you realize how the natural surroundings of Japan will leave you all struck and wanting for more maybe even one day when you come to this place you will experience and feel the same way and spend an entire day walking around over here in this almost fairy tale landscape as I was making myself comfortable with the slow paced life of aita it was time to head to our next location and so I decided to go to the sixth largest island of Japan sardo s a lesser known destination for most Travelers yet it embodies many of the finest elements of Japan’s culture and history sardo is an Overlook gem with its Temple tub boards and toy birds providing a nature fied getaway sardu can be reached by a ferry from neata Port and there are two options available a jet foil which takes approximately 1 hour to reach and cost around $94 or a car ferry which takes 2 and 1/2 hours to reach and cost half of it nigata Port is approximately a 3 and a half hour train ride from aita and the ride in itself is wonderful experience as you pass various seaf facing towns and tunnels along the way upon reaching sad the plan is to pick a rental car as the island is fairly remote so better to have your own transportation check into our hotel and have a nice quiet dinner before we hit the bed and start early the next day after a rainy couple of days I finally had a nice sunny day to explore sardo and so I decided to discover the Island’s unique history in shuni sard’s medieval port in a pretty Cove over 100 wooden houses made of Old Ship planks form fascinating cloet Warren through shuni a village Port where ship Builders and Merchants resided saw prosperous years of the sardo kinzan gold mind which we will try to cover later today so I often tell the foreign tourist that the sad is like a microcosm over Japan Shi has been attracting not only Japanese but poing tourist too because of this um carship or friendship it was uh used about U almost 300 years ago until 150 years ago this type of power ship s between hokido along the Japan SE right and the OA okay for this R um the sh ship owners ship Builders and sailers used to live and the houses are be packed like this you can stroll through these empty streets visit the ancient homes now converted to museums or just sit and breathe in the quiet soothing atmosphere imagining what a busy little village this would be back in the days I am standing at the junction of the triangle house which is basically constructed on the basis of the layout of this Village to give people access to multiple lanes and by Lanes as you can see behind me this house was reconstructed in shape of a triangle to give it an AIS so that people can walk from this side people can walk on this side and people can also go straight from here to the other parts of the village the town is also one spot on sad where visitors can enjoy a ride in the tarai buun or a hiri a traditional tub fishing vessel which is unique to this region from here I decided to visit one of Japan’s most impressive industrial Heritage sites the ruins of kava flotation plant built during the first half of the 1900s this was the biggest producer of ore in east region of entire Asia Asado used to be the biggest gold mine a flotation plant is a site where the final stages of gold mining takes place as it was was raining I really couldn’t explore much of sardo but there are definitely many experiences that you should have like driving around the coastal road with mountain and green Landscapes on one side and ocean on the other visiting the Toki Forest Park which is a popular sightseeing spot where you can learn about the history of crusted ibises and sardo’s conservation efforts as well as the actual crested ibises visit sardo kinzan and explore Japan’s largest gold mine with 400 years of history or immerse yourself in the sounds of the traditional and contemporary Japanese drumming at the sardo island Tao center after spending 3 days in sadu I can surely tell you that if you’re looking for an offbeat place then you definitely need to add this to your itinary and experience an island life away from the overwhelming cities of Japan stay tuned for the next episode as we dive even deeper into the rich culture and the hidden places of Japan but don’t forget to like comment and subscribe to this channel so that you don’t miss out on any of the upcoming Adventures until then sayonara and happy travels [Music]
