Join Ojisan as we explore THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU, one of the largest outlet malls in Kyushu, Japan! Starting from the Space World train station, we head to the outlet mall, which features approximately 140 outlet stores and 170 selected shops. Connected to AEON MALL Yahatahigashi, it’s the largest shopping destination in Kyushu and opened on April 28, 2022.

We enjoy a delicious meal at the Food Forest food court, opting for Japanese steak and hamburg steak on a hotplate. After recharging, we explore the vast shopping area, following a planned route using the outlet map. The journey includes a peaceful sunset walk back to the train station and a look at the Splatoon-themed train design.

Back near our hotel, we relax with a beer at an Irish pub, reflecting on a satisfying day. Stay tuned for our next adventure, where we’ll visit the Gundam statue at Lalaport Mall and explore Mojiko Retro in Kitakyushu.

Hello everyone, Ojisan here! Welcome back to our Japan adventure! This is part 2 the video of this journey. Today, we will be exploring THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU, one of the largest outlet malls in Kyushu. From Space World train station, we just walk for 5 minutes to the outlet. THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU boasts around 140 outlet stores and 170 selected shops making it a shopping paradise. It is also connected to AEON MALL Yahata Higashi, making it the largest shopping spot in Kyushu. It opened on April 28, 2022, so it is still fairly new. Getting here from Fukuoka takes about an hour and twenty minutes by train. Check out our previous video for the journey details. Now, we are pretty hungry, so we’re heading to the food court, known as the Food Forest. There are so many tempting options, but we are craving meat, so we decided on Japanese steak and hamburg steak on a hotplate. It was delicious, and now we are ready to explore! Let’s take a look at the map and plan a route, so let’s start at the front entrance. This is where you will arrive if you come by car, and the parking area is right here. Enjoy the walk with us as we explore the outlets. Let’s check the map again. We have covered most of the area, just a little more to go. The sun is just setting, We have also walked through AEON Mall, and see around. Now it’s time to head back to Fukuoka. Look at the beautiful sunset vibes—it’s so peaceful and quiet, making our walk to the train station really enjoyable. Check out the train design! It features Splatoon, which I believe is a new game in Japan. We are back near our hotel and decided to unwind with a beer at an Irish pub. After a full day of walking and shopping, we are tired but satisfied. We are so glad we made this trip.
