At Otaru the famous Seafood spot is The Sankaku Market near JR station which is very crowded with tourists and local people as it serves the famous King Crab and Hairy Crab of Hokkaido.
There are many tiny kitchens and resturants in the markets which serves all varities of seafoods.

How to reach:
Train is most convenient mode to reach Otaru from the Hokkaido Captial City “Sapporo” , it will take 45 mins @ 750Yen.
There are also many buses from Sapporo too.
