Welcome to Tokyo Drew Travels. In this video, we are staying at the Yokohama Baycourt club resort and spa giving you a suite tour. We then hit up World’s Porter and Hawaiian town to get a Leonard’s malasada and head over the Yokohama’s Chinatown.

so we are staying at one of the most expensive rooms here at the Yokohama Bay Court Club you got to check this [Music] out so here we are on the top floor floor 13 Room 331 as we uh walk in here now this here is a one-bedroom Suite as you walk in you are going to uh hit up a toilet as soon as you walk in here very simple ooh the toilet seat opened up automatically and uh then it leads into the main room here now you can see uh all part of yokahama but this is the the main living room here and uh of course this is a a present from my wife homi for my birthday and uh she’s actually sitting on the couch relaxing having a coffee say hi babe this room is absolutely amazing love the uh the carpet very modern very uh Sleek I like how the uh the desk here kind of just looks out into uh the Oklahom Bay Area uh you have all these curtains here they actually close got to love just this huge ass couch nice little pillows as we turn around here the view not so much here the view there is much much better you can see uh the ferris wheel part of over World Porters area here um you can see the uh the tower over there that’s by Chinatown this is uh the view of the bay it’s pretty nice I like the idea of having this desk if you are here on business you can work set up your PC they got the Wi-Fi connected this looks a little gy in my opinion but hey when you got a 65 in TV built in there not bad nice little table here for uh four people they do have of course um little Nespresso coffee machine complimentary and the water you open it up here of course just like any hotel anything you use will be charged but they do have everything stocked I like that Coca-Cola can it’s got Marvel on it but they got a bunch of wines beers Spirits you do have a kettle down here as I open up you have Pringle snacks a Kendall Jackson cab saav and I think yeah these are more glasses and stuff love the espresso machine that is for damn sure and uh they do give you four coffees complimentary so this is just the uh the living room area here and as soon as I walked in I was quite impressed uh but then I was as I’m looking around I was like where’s the bedroom H yeah through the door here opens up into a whole new world you have like um I like these little uh I don’t know what are the little accents or like old style plates you have like a little uh place to put your clothes you do have the big closet here this is bigger than some apartments in Tokyo does come with a safe to put all your belongings in not bad and then again another TV on the wall here and this opens up into the bedroom itself and I was actually quite shocked because it is my birthday my wife brought me here they actually dressed this up when we got here happy birthday nice little uh those are towels in the shape of a cake little mocho and chibi my wife actually gave me a prize prate uh welcome thanks babe love this uh kind of looking bed style huge it’s soft is absolutely amazing little arm War well I can dance if I wanted to and then it opens up into the actual bathroom or the the the tub area this tub I’m going to be having some good times in it tonight love it love the view again a nice little area for H him and her does come looks like with a uh a haird dryer I guess I don’t need a hair dryer now do I but that’s pretty cool to to uh see again all your amenities body soaps conditioners shampoos like every Hotel should have and as I turn around another TV and another toilet and the shower room so the toilet again as soon as you open up the door little quaint emergency phone I’m not sure and then the shower room is actually quite big too you have two showers you got the uh the one up top or the handheld I love the black and white this is uh actually very very impressive uh the one thing that is really cool though is you can uh automatically of course draw the blinds um set the airon um do all kinds of different things I’m looking for exactly where the button is but I can’t find it so I’ll go show you the one in the living room again this is pretty dope as we come through again this here is your room control and uh well let’s close this one let’s see what happens and yeah it’s going to close the one over here which is pretty cool everything is automatic I like that I’m going to check out to see what it does with the drapes so yeah the drapes actually close with it too so you do have some privacy I’m pretty sure those are blackout drapes which is pretty damn cool so I got to say you know staying here for my birthday is pretty awesome but I’ve never stayed in a room like this and you guys know I’ve been to Vegas a lot of times but this room is probably the best and most expensive room I have ever stayed all right so that is the room tour and uh we’re going to head over to Chinatown for uh some dinner so I’ll be filming a little bit along the way and then when we get back here at night we’ll give you a nighttime view of what Yokohama Bay looks like all right so we are actually walking from the hotel which is like way back there um over to Worlds Porter but uh as I’m walking here um they have a great little area for family for kids all down in this area here they got the Yokohama air cabin which kind of goes over top of uh the river here and then yeah the dam Ferris wheel which is uh scary in itself World Porters is actually uh straight dead ahead and then you actually do have the cup noodles uh Museum which uh is just over on the other side here which we will show you along the way but I’m actually going to Leonard’s to get a malasada I need some sugar yum actually homi just reminded me that this was called Cosmo World pretty [Music] cool yeah no so right over there is the uh famous cup noodles Museum it’s good for family um for kids you can go make your own yeah still no still no uh you can go make your own um individualized uh couple noodles over there learn about uh uh the couple noodles Museum but this is where I’m going here Yokohama World Porters so of course world’s Porter is famous for uh Hawaiian town here but I just thought this was looking pretty damn cool here this is the lwha street actually one of my favorite stores that I’ve actually shopped at before and come on ABC Stores that’s pretty damn cool going to like it love Hawaii Blue Seal ice cream since 1948 the infamous uh Teddy’s burgers is right over there they’ve actually gutted this whole Hawaiian town from years past now and uh they have actually kind of condensed it so it seems uh you still have other shops along the way but it looks like they are pretty much uh redesigning everything this tree is pretty cool this part hasn’t changed at all and Leonard’s is straight Dead Ahead homi is getting me a donut hom is getting me a donut or should I say malasada so I was first introduced to Leonard’s uh when homi and I visited uh Hawaii and homi couldn’t believe that I never knew what a malos was um but this here is uh the custard it doesn’t look that appetizing actually but they are still pretty damn good you can see the custard is kind of spitting out here but Portuguese doughnuts it’s covered in a bit of sugar it’s filled with [Music] custard the custard is the perfect sweetness a little bit sugary a little bit oily but there still a slice of Heaven [Music] Yokohama Stadium one of the best open air stadiums in my opinion in Japan home to the Oklahom Bay Stars not my favorite favorite team but still I actually uh saw a game here with Eric surf six and Ryan Schneider and CR Le Japan I’ll uh leave a link up there it’s awesome and what’s even better is a great little park right over here we’re going to show you now this little Park area very very cute it’s got a pond nice bamboo areas here and well some guy sleeping but we’re just you can go up in through here here kind of walk around I’ll just show you from the uh outer edge here it is a very quaint little Park very clean and surprisingly it doesn’t get very dirty during baseball games uh people seem to leave it alone look how beautiful this is love the Landscaping straight Dead Ahead is the flashback Cafe it is an actual Institution here in yokahama I’m going to show you the menu real quickly and uh you can’t go wrong with a burger I think the Burger Brothers from cast Japan should actually come here and try the burgers here look at that original mac and cheese all right so we hit one of the main gates here of uh Chinatown here going to be walking along the street up here this is one of the actual main uh streets that you can walk up here right in the corner here though is one of the great Chestnut uh places roasted chestnuts on an open fire okay I’ll stop singing along this street though you have a lot of stores a lot of restaurants let’s go check it out can’t go wrong 2480 Yen 138 different items yum there are so many restaurants food snacks all along the way here got to love all of Chinatown and it is amazing like check out the meat here guys talk about yum barbecue duck barbecue pork love it and all the Sid stre here provide you with so many amazing opportunities jam-pack full of restaurants stores shopping this here is the number one uh place for zomo there’s always a lineup handmade amazing anytime you come here to Chinatown expect to have a lineup no matter what time of the day it is because it’s going to go pretty quick but uh supposedly it’s the number one place and trust me I’ve tried it really [Music] is the one thing I’ve never had a shark fin suit leave a comment below if you actually have had shark fin soup I for some reason I just can’t see myself eating it I love Chinese food I love almost everything even chicken sweet and black bean sauce a sharks fin soup walking into a souvenir store here yum this place opens up pretty nicely here and uh well he’s got to do a bit of shopping here looks like uh you know a bunch of uh I see potato chips potato chips potato chips and did I mention potato [Music] chips lots of Chinese dumplings and Chinese tea and Panda this and Panda that it’s a pretty big store and definitely you might want to come check this place out I got to go find my wife where’s my wife she’s right over there there she goes ah she found something what is that babe like little cookie Yokohama matato something ass sorted yeah it’s that okay we finally found a restaurant heading there now I’m hungry all you can eat Chinese food it’s a great freaking day 2 hours later all right well we just got back to the hotel and uh it started pouring out rain and I’m not sure if you can see a view very well or not it looks pretty cloudy um but we actually were over by that Ferris wheel that’s lit up over there and uh well this is the night view I did promise you but I’m sure you can see the rain on the Windows not the greatest of views that we’re going to get here well that’s about all we can do for uh this Vlog so hopefully you enjoyed this room tour to Chinatown and a bit of Yokohama hope you
