so this has been new york city’s best day for over a hundred years i’m going to tell you about it so it all starts with a secret around like a 30-day dry aging process salt always salt uh and then it’s actually cooked in a thousand degree boiler butter uh halfway through cooking is pulled out plated on some butter and then cut up its pieces before finishing back in the oven and then you know what that sizzle sizzle lets you know it’s good

  1. I'm always going to support Luger's. More for historical purposes though.

If you honestly think that after 100 years that people haven't figured out how to make a better steak than this, you're dead wrong.

  2. The only downside of Peter Luger is that they donโ€™t season their steak. If they do, it will be the greastest

  3. The steak is good, not as good as it used to be imo but haters will tell you itโ€™s bad lol but i actually prefer going there for lunch, they have very nice burger and you put the thick cut bacon on it, and the fries are really good. Then you get a piece of pecan pie (which used to be chocolate pecan idk why they changed it) and of course the SCHLAG

  4. It's a shame they waste all that effort aging the meat and they don't even use pepper so it tastes like nothing
