which is from food and I’m going to be showing you what it’s like to try kobby beef and w u beef which are some of the most expensive but delicious beef from all around the world and they are made enjoy the video travel wonderful so this is the place that I previously tried and it was really good among all the places have have tried it’s called asakusa Tru saori and it’s located in the area of asakusa and it’s famous for their cobby beef and one U beef as well so let’s go so we’re going upstairs on the side leg go like different kinds of SP here and artor as well just going to be sitting over here okay what I like about here is that it feels really really private they got their room downstairs and the one upstairs so I previously come and they came they gave me this one upstairs which feels very VIP uh the guy which is the chef he recognized me and he was like hello welcome back I’m so happy you’re back so just to give you an idea of the prices so a loin Prime KOB be it cost for 110 G 14,800 Yen yeah it’s not cheap at all for 220 G 29,600 and it goes on so if you want the fill it 24, 800 for 110 G or and it has less than 1% of a cow’s body so it’s very difficult to find this C so that’s why look 69,6 for 220 G got this one which is called emper Brian which is the center of the fillet and it’s also very difficult to find cost 88,000 one so let’s see what we ordered so we got more Styles here like premium meat is 9,800 so this one is a bit less expensive for 110 G or a bit tender for 6,800 they also got set menus set menus of uh a little bit of beef rice and they range from 800 yen to 3,600 Yen and as I said before some of these meats are really really expensive because they can be found only in 1% of the cows so obviously it’s very difficult to get it so they give you even the comparison how much you will pay for each so extremely expensive I tried before a steak on the rice which I really like let’s see what we order and I ordered before a sushi like a steak on the rice sort of sushi so we got this that comes in the Box as well which is like a premium meat as well but less quantity so they range from 1,900 yen to 14,800 if you choose the premium one so I have ordered some traditional beer aahi which actually their headquarters are here near asakusa and Osaka as well so they got some headquarters in Osaka which is another city and they go one over here as well in asakusa cheers [Music] I’m thinking toward the prime kobby beef C loin I’m thinking to get probably 110 G and then order another selection of like some sushi with cobby beef and maybe some steak on the rice as well so it comes like a really nice box with kobby beef on top I’m thinking like the the second one which is like medium range so not as super expensive just waiting to do my order something really cool is that if you want to order you just press this button and they will come to you so yeah really really cool so in here I’m going to tell you why the kop beef fit so expensive so actually they have it here so K beef is a unique process says over here first that the maow are born and race in Yogo prefecture they must be pure blood pedigree then when they are between 2 to 5 years old they have to meet the strictest standards in the world not all tajim maow can meet these rules so as I was saying before is a meticulous process and only a small percentage of places can offer this certificated places I came to this place also because they got many certificates of 100% and kobby beef so then finally the tajim cows do meet the standards become kobby beef it’s quite a journey for those cows and they say over here that their company exclusive uses nakanishi Ranch which has produced the highest number of KOB beef and yes they attend to C be auctions to ensure all the customers have peace of mind so yeah I tried this the other day but I was in a rush because uh I needed to go somewhere so I couldn’t record so I was like okay definitely I need to come and record my experience here trying kobby beef so I have ordered the sushi set with cobby beef steak four pieces at 3,900 Yen and also I order the prime SE loin is here in the menu oh it’s opposite so the prime kobby beef cin which is 14,800 Yen for 110 G so very expensive but I got to assure you that it’s delicious so I want to show you what it looks like and even the presentation so our first theas have arrived and it’s the cof sushi set and when the check brought it it’s playing that it comes from tender to even more tender with Wasabi on the side so really really cool that they even give this is so good delicious So Soft feels like it’s melting in your mouth of how sof it is and the taste incredible it seems like I made it with one finally [Music] you got to try it so so so so good that as scent at the end even the softness the texture even the flavor the sweetness and delightful Aroma amazing so we receed now the cidlo kobby beef by your Chef so can you explain us about the dish seasoning uh this is wasabi wasabi and garlic garlic and K miso miso and okay mix and onion base sauce okay looks very good and Si and original so sauce original sace okay thank you so much looks very good thank you so much jef thank you even the Chopstick uh holder is so cool it’s like a k c really really cool so the Jeff came and give the explanation so it’s trying to eat it looks dummy dummy let’s try all this amazing food try taking some beef with this that he [Music] recommend amazing let’s try with some Wasabi not too much cuz it’s a spicy got to say that everything I’ve try in Japan is so good but I really like this place for the kobby beef why I’m recommending it so good I love it the mushroom the Miso mix as well vegetables delicious I really really like it so good you don’t even have to put nothing to taste it but with the thing this put you on the side it’s so good take up [Music] this comes from the cob beef and only certain percentage of cows are certified so I’m so lucky to be here in Japan eating it it’s not cheap but it’s a experience hear the bean so taste this thing is been so good this is even better than the K sushi so if you are very hungry like I was eat the two things if you’re not so hungry maybe get the 200 g instead of the 100 G like I did but I wanted to show you to place that I recommend and the other thing I took the other day was the steak on Rice so they bring you this really nice box with the steak on top with the rice at the bottom and some vegges on the sides I’m showing you here yeah have few options that you can try bye-bye much for everything because I told them I will recommend them uh yeah it was a pleasant food is expensive uh but um it’s worth it so it’s an unique experience you can do you can do here in Japan and you should do it at least once in your lifetime I paid for the beer the sushi set of four pieces and the Kobe beef C Lo State 110 G I paid for all of that 21,000 y so what do you think this is worth it in my opinion it’s very worth it because it’s not something you do every day and it’s something unique as I say the whole story of how everything is made it’s a very meticulous process so well guys
