  1. Ummm…I have never seen a FA lift a passenger’s luggage into the overhead bin. Ever. I am appreciative when the FA notes I am Diamond Medallion but honestly the Delta cabIn crews I come in contact with treat everyone like a VIP. My only gripe? Quit serving the starter, salad and soup all at once on long-haul flights. Unless I order an express service ‘cause I just want to sleep, I want my soup hot and my salad chilled which means serving in separate courses.

  2. The only US airlines that don't have a union, your job isn't secured and you will work as a slave. Apply when they have a union.

  3. Delta. This year they have convinced us to go back to flying the cheapest airlines possible. Since flying a premium airline doesn't do squat when they fail to get you from point a to point b in a manner you paid for.

Delta screwed us this year. After being nice about a delayed flight due
to their code share Skywest not having crew. We delayed our flight by a
day. The next day they then tell us we won't make our connection which
was in First. We again agree to another change and they stuck us in
Coach. Upon arriving to the airport the agent asked us why they changed
us, the plane was going to make it in time for the connection. When she
tried to move us back they had blocked out our seats, so the agent told
us to head straight to the next gate. We did was we were told and the
agent at the connection said sorry those seats have been filled. I asked
filled or sold? She wouldn't answer, at the end of the day we went from
purchased First class seats to the worst seats on the plane. Very back
against the bulk head. We were given 200.00 refund per ticket as if that
actually covered the difference. Not to mention Delta would be
compensated for the failure of Skywest to make the flight as well as the
fact they were then able to sell our seats at premium rates. And people
wonder why folks flip out. In general I am a free market guy, however
for Airlines it's time for more regulations!

    Thanks Delta! Sheesh

  6. I was wondering, I saw that Delta Airlines had a base at Paris Charles de Gaulle, does that mean
that there are pilots and cabin crew who live there and fly from that airport, or just that Delta employs ground staff there?

  7. start paying people for what they have to deal with. Beginning flight attendants qualify for food stamps how abursd. How much does CEO make and demand from the employees?.
